What is oThought?
oThought is a call-first AI thought partner. You call it or leave a voicemail with a raw idea, and it captures the voice note, pulls out more detail, saves the idea, researches it in the background, maps it against your other ideas, and hands back a plan you can start.
How is it different from Voicenotes, AudioPen, Otter, or Apple Voice Memos?
Those tools record and tidy up what you said. oThought talks back during the call, asks the next question, and then keeps working after you hang up: background research with sources, a Mastermind Map that connects the idea to your other ideas, an execution plan, tasks, and a briefing for your next call. It is a thinking companion, not a notes or transcription app.

The free trial gives 10 total voice minutes and 2 saved ideas with no card. Pro is $2.99 per week or $29.99 per quarter. Founder is $9.99 per week or $99.99 per quarter. Extra voice minutes are available as $6.99 and $19.99 top-ups. There is no unlimited voice plan.

Is my voice data deleted when I delete an idea or my account?
Yes. Deleting an idea removes its calls, transcripts, recordings, plans, and research from the app and its cloud-synced record. Deleting your account removes the account record and all of that content, except records we must retain for legal, tax, billing, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
Does oThought work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. oThought runs on iOS 16.4 or later, including iPad, and on Android 8.0 or later. It installs from the App Store and Google Play.
